CFRT-UD Prepreg Tape/Sheet is a unidirectional continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite, produced through a melt impregnation process. This advanced material integrates high-performance fibers such as glass, aramid, carbon, and basalt with thermoplastic resins like polyester (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyamide 6 (PA6), and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). Featuring a thermoplastic process, it offers high production efficiency, superior recyclability, and enhanced mechanical properties such as impact resistance and ductility compared to thermoset resin systems, making it an ideal choice for lightweight, durable, and sustainable composite applications in industries like aerospace, automotive, and industrial manufacturing.
