Bunjil Composites provides essential consumables of composites part manufacturing using autoclave, oven, or vacuum infusion processes (VIP) across industries such as marine, wind energy, transportation, aerospace, and general manufacturing.
Our key products include vacuum bagging films, release films, peel plies, sealant tapes, infusion meshes, and various tubes and spiral wraps.
In addition to our product offerings, Bunjil Composites provides comprehensive consulting services and technical training. Our team has approximately 20 years of experience in composite manufacturing processes, particularly vacuum infusion. We offer Australian and New Zealand customers valuable technical support, including part weight estimation, infusion training, full-scale infusion strategy planning, and on-site infusion support.
Our supplier has over 20 years of experience in the development and production of vacuum consumables. The production facility is certified under the ISO 9001 and AS 9100C International Quality Management Systems.
