GlossLamix™ is produced by combining high-quality fiberglass
reinforcements—such as chopped strand mat (CSM) and woven fabrics—
with low shrinkage polyester resin and a superior-grade gelcoat finish. An
automated resin distribution system ensures precise control and uniform
thickness of the gelcoat layer, delivering consistent surface quality and
stable structural integrity across every sheet.
These elements make GlossLamix™ a superior structural laminate
designed to withstand the toughest environmental and mechanical
challenges while showcasing exceptional high-gloss surface appearance
— the ideal skin material for caravan panels, freezer units, and insulated
truck body liners.

PRODUCT FEATURES
High Strength with Low Weight
Engineered fiberglass laminates deliver outstanding mechanical strength while
remaining remarkably light—an advantage for transport efficiency, payload
capacity and handling ease.
Resistant to Water, Chemicals and Corrosion
The gel-coated surface forms a dense, protective barrier that prevents moisture
ingress and degradation, extending durability even in chemically aggressive or
humid environments.
Refined Surface Appearance
A smooth, mirror-like finish provides excellent visual depth and long-term gloss
retention. Surfaces can be produced in glossy, matte, or embossed textures,
with full RAL colour matching available.
Long-Lasting UV and Scratch Resistance
Surface-hardening and UV-stabilised coatings protect against sunlight, abrasion
and environmental exposure, keeping the panels looking new for years.
